Cool Command pickup. The Subotnick album was the first electronic piece commissioned by a record label – Elektra/Nonesuch… and you are right, a tough listen.
Morton Subotnick – Silver Apples Of The Moon is a good one. Fish Rising is another one that I have spun many a times. Thanks for sharing. AFter watching your video, now i need to go find a good friend like MIke LOL
Cool to see classic electronic albums Wes. I don't have many early synth stuff and none of these I've seen or heard of; but wanna check out now… especially Silver Apples of the Moon; sounds like a treat if you are with it for the long haul. Pretty cool. Great job kicking out these video and "playing catch up"; really enjoying them!

Some definite must listens in this episode of the VS all electronics. Morton Subotnick's 'Silver Apples Of The Moon' is fantastic. I used to get this confused with the band Silver Apples. <> I was just listening to 'Fish Rising' somewhat recently. I listened to that and Bill Bruford's 'One Of a Kind' right after. Cool Gabriel pickup. This was very enjoyable. ~
