  1. Mine:
    10. General Relativity and Special Relativity
    9. Motion Picture
    8. Wireless Communication (Early Phones)
    7. Airplanes
    6. Antibiotics (Penicillin) and Vaccines
    5. Nuclear-Powered Energy
    4. Transistors (Computers)
    3. Quantum Mechanics
    2. Rockets
    1. The Internet

  2. I disagree. My top 10 are:
    1. Nuclear energy (including atom bomb and nuclear power)
    2. Powered flight
    3. Rocketry
    4. Wireless technology
    5. Transistors (hence computers)
    6. Internet
    7. Antibiotics

The last 3 are seldom heard or rarely known:
    8. Haber-Bosch process: the making of synthetic ammonia and hence artificial fertilizers vastly increases food production
    9. Plastics: making things hygienic and readily accessible cheaply
    10. Shipping container: facilitates trade and globalization, in a way contributes to world peace

  3. The 20th century is what fascinates me. It had radical changes in almost every aspect of human society. Significant changes came unlike any other century before that. I am so glad the Internet is on the top of the list. I can't do without the Internet. A century of innovation and beginning to live longer as a result of penicillin and more vaccines. Billions dreamed of flying prior to 1903, and I am glad it's been a dream come true for a little more than a century. The computer should be ranked at second place. I am glad life has become easier and better as a result of what happened in the 20th century in the inventions.
