The laser can get you in big trouble. And could have catastrophic consequences if used on an aircraft – blinding the pilot.
There have already been frequent attacks on aircraft with lasers.
The output of lasers is already regulated!
A good system to track and find the origin of these possible deadly attacks is a better idea.
