This is really weird, but my favorite moment was actually the random nude piano player shooting out of the house and into a pool. Overall it was one of those lewd movies that mostly make teenage boys such as myself enjoyed. There were quite a few of this types of comedies.
The show wasn't good but Vanessa Angel was a looker.

There is a bunch of VHS tapes that floated around Atlanta of a house party where a big room full of drunk teenagers are watching this movie and saying all the lines. I figure that tape will turn up when I run for office. John Hughes was an absolute magician. The Weird Science TV show did not exist in my timeline.

Just watched it last night…first time since '85. Didn't age too well.
As a fan of weird science why would you bother mentioning the T.V. show and your childhood opinions of it without trying to watch it again as an adult? First check it out and then share your opinions on it. Its just seems like a half hearted effort that's all. Otherwise you could have just said it existed end of story.

I love the TV series. I watched it when it was on and I even own some of it on DVD. If you have the opportunity I would give it a watch with an open mind. Though I do agree it is not for everyone. Love your content.
If you like Bill Paxton check out Near Dark . He plays a vampire in one of the best vampire movies ever.
